Marmot Basin/Hostelling International Jasper Athlete of the Week for November 28 - December 4, 2016

Keri Alcorn, a fifth year left side, had an outstanding weekend against the Lakeland “Rustlers”. On Friday night, in front of a home crowd, Keri had 17 kills (5.67 kills per set) and 1 block. In Lloydminster on Saturday night, Keri was awarded Player of the Game after achieving 16 kills (4 kills per set) and 4 serving aces. Alcorn is currently second in the League for kills per set at 3.85, and is 4th for aces per set. As a team captain, Keri is an excellent role model and team leader. Her positive attitude, work ethic and passion for the game are an inspiration to her teammates.  

Alcorn is a fifth year Bachelor of Education student from Peace River, AB.
