Jim Loughlin receives 2016-17 ACAC Coaching Excellence Award

Medicine Hat, Alberta (May 17, 2017): The Medicine Hat College (MHC) Rattlers are pleased to announce that Jim Loughlin, head coach of the Rattlers men's and women's soccer teams has been named the winner of the 2016-17 Coaching Excellence Across all ACAC Sports award.  Jim will now be put forth as the ACAC representative in voting for the 2016-17 CCAA Award.

"I have known Jim Loughlin for the past five years, and have truly come to appreciate what Jim does for the sport he loves – soccer" said Terry Ballard, Manager of Sport and Wellness.  "He is a terrific technical coah in his sport, coaches two college teams, focuses on the academic success of his student-athletes, coaches in the community, mentors young coaches and contributes at the regional, provincial and national level in his sport."

The Rattlers would like to congratulate Jim on this very deserving award.
