EDMONTON, Alta. - The NAIT Ooks men's basketball team fell to the Concordia Thunder 71-53 in the NAIT Gymnasium on Saturday.

The Ooks were defeated for the second straight night by the Concordia Thunder. The Ooks offense struggled in the absence of their leading scorer Sean-Michael Clancey who was away this weekend due to personal matters. Jamal Hinds and Hugo Cluysen tried to pick up the slack, both posting double-digit points, but it wasn't enough as they only posted 53 points on offense. The Thunder jumped out to an early lead and held onto it, defeating the Ooks 71-53.
