The No. 11 Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) ranked NAIT Ooks spiked their way into Canadian Natural Gymnasium tonight as they take on CCAA No. 13 ranked host Keyano College Huskies.

 

Both teams sport a record of 15 matches won and only 3 matches lost.

 

The Ooks won the first series of the Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference regular season on home court 3-2 November 15, 2019 and 3-0 November 16, 2019

Former Husky player Radoslaw Brzozowski starts out with a couple of powerful service aces with the Ooks up 5-1. Devon Klein power spike makes it 6-3 visitors. Huskies coach Keegan Kuhr calls timeout down 8-3.

Cunha reaches for an overshoot set and spikes it down with his off hand. Crowd shows their appreciation for the athletic effort.

Teams trading points throughout. Ooks' Spencer Fisher playing well at crucial times. Ooks open it up.

Huskies down 21-14 when Alex Andryszewski heads to the service line. Huskies score three quick points forcing Ooks coach Greg Gulash to call time out his team still leading 21-17.

Huskies go up 10-8 with crowd behind them vocally. Ooks timeout. Plenty of excitement for top-quality volleyball.

Poor reception by the Huskies lead to four quick points for the Ooks. Huskies take timeout down 6-2.
