ATHLETE OF THE WEEK

SAIT Trojans women’s volleyball standout Sarah Henriksen had a strong showing over the weekend against the Lethbridge Kodiaks, leading the Trojans’ attack in back-to-back matches.
 
On Friday, Henriksen recorded 14 kills, 22 total attacks, along with one dig and one block solo, helping the Trojans stay competitive throughout the match. She followed that up on Saturday with another solid performance, adding nine kills, 15 total attacks, four digs, and one block solo, continuing to be a key offensive threat for SAIT.
 
Henriksen is in her third year of the Business Administration program and hails from West Kelowna, B.C.

The SAIT Trojans women’s volleyball team is gearing up for their next matchup on Nov. 14 against Keyano College in Fort McMurray. The Trojans are focused on climbing the ACAC standings and continuing their strong start to the season as they look to make a push toward playoffs.
