Chenee Lehman, The Kings Eagles, Women's Volleyball
ATHLETE OF THE WEEK
Chenee Lehman is a 5th year Bachelor of Education student who has played her entire career at King’s. She is the team captain and leads by example in everything she does, always with a smile and words of encouragement for her teammates. Against the Olds ‘Broncos’ this past weekend, Chenee had an incredible 6.2 digs/set with a total of 31 digs, earning her Player of the Game honours.
The next evening against the RDP ‘Queens’, Chenee broke this record by achieving 7 digs/set, 35 digs for the match. She also passed 58 balls on serve reception for weekend, with an average of 2.36 out of 3. Chenee’s leadership not only helped the Eagles earn two wins this weekend, but her presence on the court inspires those around her to play their best! Congratulations to Chenee Lehman for achieving the honour of ACAC Athlete of the Week!
