Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference "To be Canada's premiere collegiate athletic conference by developing and inspiring leadership through excellence in academics, sport and citizenship"

Triple Digit Sweep

For the second straight game, the Keyano Huskies topped the century mark in a 112-75 decision against the visiting Kings University Eagles at the Syncrude Sport & Wellness Centre.

In a sluggish first quarter, the Huskies were up 17-16 and went into the locker room up 46-33.

It was showtime in the third quarter with 35 points scored...the highlight being an Yelly-Oop (not alley-oop) as fans yelled in appreciation of Huskies newcomer Nickolas McDonald when he took a high lob to dunk it through for two of his 16 points.

McDonald would be named Huskies Player of the Game. Stefan Jovic was top scorer for the Huskies with 22 points and 10 rebounds. Emmanuel Ansah added 15 points.
Eagles Player of the Game was Zachary Marchak, coming off the bench to score a team high 19 points and add 10 rebounds.

Huskies launched 39 from behind the three-point line, swishing 14 while their up-tempo defense managed 13 steals.
