Rattlers stay undefeated. Beat Briercrest 105-61.

On a busy day of ACAC action at Medicine Hat College, the men's basketball team put an exclamation point on the day with a 105-61 victory over the visiting Briercrest Clippers.  In true team fashion, the Rattlers had eight players finish with double digit scoring totals.  The first quarter was a back and forth affair with the Clippers jumping out to an early 11-10 lead.  STrong play from Medicine Hat saw them end the quarter with a 28-21 advantage.  The second quarter saw the Rattlers extend the lead to 24points as they had a 27-10 advantage and a 55-31 halftime lead.  In the third quarter, the Rattlers extended the lead outscoring the Clippers 35-11 taking a 90-42 lead into the final quarter.  The Clippers played well in the fourth quarter outscoring Medicine Hat 19-15 for a final score of 105-61.  The player of the game for Briercrest was #16 Jason Wendel who had a game high 12 rebounds and 3 points.  The player of the game for Medicne Hat was David Simon who had 16 points and 6 rebounds.  The Rattlers move to 3-0 on the season with the victory.  The loss drops Briercrest to 0-3.
