CALGARY, ALTA., (Nov. 27, 2021) - For the second time in less than 24 hours, the SAIT Trojans men's basketball team made quick work of the Briercrest College Clippers.
The Trojans shot 55 per cent from the 3-pt line (17-for-31) as they beat the visiting Clippers 102-63 in their Saturday afternoon Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) matchup.
Saturday's matinee victory improves SAIT's record to 5-1 on to end the first half of the regular season. Briercrest falls to 1-5.
Amin Suleman led the Trojans with 17 points, while teammate Marcus Masters added 16.
Kyle Helsloot paced the Clippers with 18 points and 11 rebounds.
