Kodiaks welcome visiting Ambrose Lions as Kodiaks look to get the weekend sweep and keep the winning streak going.

 

Both the Lions, and the Kodiaks came into the game with the same goal, play hard, and smart. Both teams did just that as they went back and forth throughout the quarter with the Lions coming out on top due to Lions #10 Isaac Gray having a hot start picking up 9 points to give the Lions a 21-16 lead at the end of the 1st quarter.

 

The Kodiaks came into the 2nd quarter down on the scoreboard and were quickly able to turn that around as Jack-Henry Fox-Grey picked up 9 points to get the Kodiaks back in the game and finish the 1st half tied at 36 apiece.

 

The Kodiaks were in control for the majority of the quarter as Paycen Blackmore lead the charge picking up 8 points to give the Kodiaks some room to work with heading into the 4th quarter with a 58-52 lead.

 

Kodiaks Orin Porter Jr. was a force to be reckoned with picking up 9 in the quarter and 26 on the night as he was a key factor offensively and defensively leading the Kodiaks to the win in a neck and neck battle, which the Kodiaks took 85-66.
