Both the Lightning and Trojans started off really strong with great plays. It was a tight score, SAIT in the lead just by a point. The first quarter ended at 19-18. Into the second quarter, the Lightning slowly began to tail behind the energetic Trojans. The Trojans didn't hold back and they got ahead ending the half with 41-34. The Trojans widened the gap even more into the third quarter, making a whopping 31 points. The Lightning fell a little short in this quarter, but came back with more in the last quarter. The Lightning brought back their energy but it wasn't quite enough to catch the Trojans. Trojans took the win, ending the game at 91-63.
