One Last W at Home

The Lakeland College Rustlers take on the King's University Eagles tonight in Lloydminster, Alberta for the last home game of the season at 8 pm. The Rustlers start off the game with a lot of intensity executing under the rim. However, the TKU Eagles fired back on transition but fell short, ending the first quarter 16-11. The Rustlers turned up the intensity in the third quarter to heighten their lead before half-time 42-38. Entering into the third quarter, the Rustlers and Eagles went head-to-head and finished it off 55-55. The Rustlers pushed back in the fourth quarter, separating themselves from the Eagles off of a few fast break runs to end the game 86-67. 

The players of the game were #2 Artavis Holiday off the Lakeland College Rustlers and #9 Jonathon Barwegan off the Kings University Eagles. Shoutout to 5th year athlete Artavis Holiday, thank you for your commitment to Lakeland College over the last 5 seasons and good luck with your future endeavours.
