The game started off with both the Rattlers and the Kings looking to advance their game to Saturday against the Lightning for a chance at the playoff road. Both the Kings and Rattlers wanted the win and exchanged basket for basket to start the first quarter of play. The quarter ended with the Rattlers up by 1. The second half of play was no different either team eager for the win. Each team battled hard but the score remained with the Rattlers up by 1 to end the half.
The third quarter of play started off with urgency to gain the lead or keep it. The Kings answered and ended the third quarter with their team having the lead going into the fourth. It was the Kings who came out firing in the fourth and outscored the Rattlers 24 to 7 and taking the win for their team. The Kings will play the STMU Lightning on Saturday at 6pm for a chance to get into the championship playoff tournament for next weekend.
