Men's Basketball TKU Eagles V. CUE Thunder

On October 26, the King's University Eagles Men's basketball team took on Concordia University Thunder at 8:00 p.m. in the King's University gymnasium. 

In the first quarter, Thunder worked the court with their quick passes on offense and steals on defense. Thunder 7 Yaadyir Dhaliwal played a fantastic game with many notable steals and shots, 12 Milton Lendein gained many breakaways and scored many three-pointers. Eagles  11 Joshua Povhe made many great drives to the basket and many other fanatic shots and 17 Evan Castle played tough defense and made many great layups.

In the second quarter, Thunder again played quick in passes and had wonderful communication. 12 Milton Lendein worked the court with lightning speed in gaining possession of the ball, making many fantastic layups and 8 O'Ryan Wallace played great offense with amazing ball skills and shots. The Eagles made many great passes and played awesome defense. Eagles 9 Johnathan Barwegen played fantastic offense making many great baskets and 17 Evan Castle had amazing post work.

In the third quarter, both teams played a heated match of back and forth with great communication for offense and defense. Thunder 12 Milton Lendein made many great shots and played fantastic post, 9 Roka Phalen-Baker made a notable steal gaining a great layup, and 15 Kyler Dutka played amazing offense and making a notable three-pointer. Eagles 1 Brock Stupar had awesome offense and ball-handling skills, 11 Joshua Povhe made a tremendous pass to 9 Johnathan Barwegen gaining a notable basket, and 9 Johnathan Barwegen made many beautiful hook shots. 

The fourth quarter was difficult and heated due to the pressure of press on both with fantastic offense and defense. Thunder 15 Kylar Dutka made many great passes and shots throughout the quarter and 9 Roka Phalen-Baker made many notable drives and layups. Eagles 7 Benjamin Thess made an amazing three-pointer and 10 Logan Den Oudsten played fantastic defense, stealing the ball to make a fantastic layup.

With high liveliness in the gym's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in today's game.
