The Augustana Vikings face off against the Concordia Thunder in tonights game.
 
Both teams came out with fight as soon as the puck dropped.
 
The first period ended with a score of 0-0. Vikings got 8 shots on goal and 11 for Thunder.
 
Vikings first goal was scored by #96 Jared Hovde with assists from #10 Carter Danczak and #20 Matthew Martin. 
 
Thunders first goal scored by #10 Isaac Tkachuk with assists from #19 Chad Hurtubise and #9 Matt Benko.
 
These two goals made the score 1-1 after the second period. Shot results were Vikings with 30 shots on goal and Thunder with 22.
 
Both the Augustana Vikings and the Concordia Thunder brought their A game to the third period determined to be the winner with a score of 1-1.
 
The third period had the fans on the edge of their seat. Two phenomenal goals were scored by the Vikings. #77 Quintin Sudom for the Vikings scored first making the score 2-1.
 
 
Shortly after #17 Adam Osczevski scored the third goal for Vikings. #22 Travis Mayan and #4 Joe Tambasco assisted.
 
Despite Thunders best attempt they were unable to recover. The final score was 3-1 for the Vikings.
