NAIT Ooks have a strong start over the Rustlers

LAC LA BICHE – Led by Rodane Cato's two goals, the NAIT Ooks defeat the Lakeland College Rustlers 5-2 at the ACAC Futsal North Regional at the Bold Center Saturday afternoon. Peter Jones, Cristian Lima and Gabriel Queiroz also scored for the NAIT Ooks while Hani Tekheste and Giordano Ciccacci responded for the Lakeland Rustlers. The result brings the NAIT Ooks record to 2-1 while the Lakeland Rustlers fall to 1-2. The top three teams from the weekend's action will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 10-12 in Fort McMurray.

Player of the game for the NAIT Ooks is Rodane Cato and the Player of the Game for the Lakeland Rustlers is Hani Tekheste.
