King’s Eagles win a tight battle over the Ooks

LAC LA BICHE – Led by Scott Bell's two goals, the King's Eagles defeat the Nait Ooks 4-3 at the ACAC Futsal North Regional at the Bold Center Sunday morning. Kieran Toussaint and Nathan Steenhof also scored for the King's Eagles while Rodane Cato, Cristian Lima and Khaled Sharab responded for the NAIT Ooks. The result brings the Lakeland Rustlers record to 2-0 while the NAIT Ooks fall to 1-1. The top three teams from the weekend's action will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 10-12 in Fort McMurray.

 

Player of the Game for the King's Eagles is Tosh Hartley and the Player of the Game for the NAIT Ooks is Cristian Lima.
