A beautiful fall Friday afternoon saw the highway 3 rival Medicine Hat College Rattlers take on the visiting Lethbridge College Kodiaks on the Medicine Hat Pitch. Both teams came out looking sharp with a level amount of back and forth between the sides. While both teams had opportunity, neither could find the back of the net resulting in a 0-0 draw at the half. The Kodiaks finally broke the ice when Charlie Block hit the target giving the Kodiaks a 1-0 lead in the 54th minute. The Rattlers had a chance to tie a few minutes later but Felix Danquah just missed the net. In the 75th minute, the Kodiaks scored another as Jaxan Uhl score his first of two on the day. Uhl closed out the socring in the 81st minute as the Kodiaks won 3-0. The win moves the Kodiaks to 2-1-3 on the season, while the Rattlers fall to 0-3-2. The ACAC Players of the Game were #3 Julio Vega from the Kodiaks and #18 Caleb Jones from the Rattlers. The Rattlers will return to the pitch on Sunday when they host the Ambrose Lions at 2pm.
