The Wolves welcomed the Lakeland Rustlers for a pair of weekend games.  After losing in 4 on Friday night the Wolves were looking for a win this afternoon.

It was an entertaining first set as both teams fought back and forth for points. Wolves come out on top 25:23. Ryan Schwindt and Ethan Nashim both had 4 kills for the Wolves.

A close second set. A big block by #9 Thomas Wheeler for the Wolves late in the 2nd turned the set around. Wolves go on to take the set in extra points 26:24 with a huge block by #4 Erik Salamon. Wolves up 2:0.

Some crowd pleasing plays throughout the 3rd. However, Lakeland ran away with the set 25:18 and sends the game into the 4th set.

Wolves were relentless and pounded out the victory in the 4th 29:27 to take the game 3:1.

Player of the Game for the Lakeland Rustlers was #5 Cole Sutherland with 14 kills and for the GPRC Wolves #6 Lane Matthews with 26 assists.
