The Rustlers are home for the weekend and are ready to take on the Concordia Thunder tonight at Lakeland College in Lloydminster, AB. The Lakeland Rustlers won last night 3-1 and came back with the same energy tonight in attempt to take home the win. The Rustlers came off a good start winning the first set in a back and forth match, 27-25. The Lakeland Rustlers had a strong start with some new faces in their starting line up being first years #8 Cameron Jones and #13 Tylie Montgrand to take the second set 25-18. However, the Thunder started the game with their two first-year liberos #1 Evan Labonne and #2 Nathan Lane who put up great numbers to keep the third set close and taking a nail biting win 23-25. However, the Rustlers bounced back and took home another win in the 4th set, 25-22. The players of the game were #13 Tylie Montgrand off the Rustlers and #2 Nathan Lane off the Thunder.
