The Lakeland Rustlers host the King's University Eagles tonight at Lakeland College at 6pm. The game started off with a lot of excitement with a back and forth match between the Rustlers and Eagles to finish the first set 33-31 for the Rustlers. The Eagles started off strong and came ready to start off the second set strong. However, coming off a slow start in the second set, the Rustlers took advantage and put away points early to take home the second set 25-18 for the Rustlers. The third set started off very close with points going back and forth between the Eagles and Rustlers with both teams not gaining a lead of more than 1 point throughout the early parts of the set. The Eagles took the 3rd set 26-28. The Eagles took the momentum into the 4th set, winning 17-25 to bring the match to the 5th set. However, the Rustlers came back swinging and took home the win tonight in the final set 15-11.
