CALGARY, ALTA., (Jan. 21, 2022) - The SAIT Trojans men's volleyball team opened their second half of the season with a victory on Friday night.

The Trojans disposed of their guests, the Medicine Hat College Rattlers, with a 3-0 (25-10, 25-22, 25-17) decision in Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) action played inside SAIT's Campus Centre.

SAIT improves to 5-4 on the season, while the Rattlers continue their search for their first win of the season at 0-7.

The teams will meet Saturday night in Medicine Hat to wrap up their weekend set.

The Trojans Mitchell Newman, who led all players with 10 kills in the match, and Medicine Hat's Nathan Chernik were named Players of the Game.
