The Lakeland College Rustlers took on the University of Augustana Vikings tonight at Lakeland College at 8 pm. The Lakeland Rustlers would like to dedicate their matches tonight to the Make Some Noise for Mental Health campaign initiated by the ACAC to help bring awareness to the stigma around mental health and mental illness. The Rustlers started off strong in the 1st set of the match keeping the score close with the UA Vikings. However, the Rustlers took the match 26-24. The UAA Vikings took a strong lead in the 2nd set. But fell short to the Rustlers 25-23. Great efforts from Cameron Jones on the Lakeland Rustlers and Boris Kuljanin. The third set was back and forth betweeen the Rustlers and Vikings with great hustle and grit from the UAA Vikings to keep the match close late in the set. The players of the game were #8 Cameron Jones off the Lakeland College Rustlers and #3 Jonah Vander Leek off the University of Augustana Vikings.
