The Lakeland Rustlers take on the Grande Prairie College Wolves at Lakeland College in Lloydminster, Alberta tonight at 8pm. The Rustlers got off to a slow start with the Wolves getting a strong lead to take the first set 20-25. Great efforts on both teams by Laine Blight and Justice Bigstone. The Rustlers came back in the second set, putting in great effort by Tylie Montgrant and Cameron Jones to take the W for the Rustlers 25-17. The Wolves use the energy from the second set to make big plays, excellent effort by Chad Morrison. The Rustlers use their strong lead from the beginning of the set to take it home 25-16. Entering the 4th set, the Rustlers took a strong lead, with many good plays by Mason Short and Brady Cole to bring the Rustlers on top. However, the Grande Prairie Wolves made a major comeback to tie the set 22-22. The Rustlers indeed came back to win the fourth set 25-23. The players of the game were Tylie Montgrand and Justice Bigstone. The Lakeland College Rustlers will take on the Grande Prairie College Wolves again tomorrow at 3pm here at Lakeland College.
