One Last W in the Barn!

The Lakeland College Rustlers take on the University of Augustana Vikings tonight at 6 pm for the last home game of the season in Lloydminster, Alberta. The Rustlers start the game off on a slow start scoring only 17 points, and the Vikings execute on advantage opportunities scoring 28 points in the first quarter. The Vikings took the intensity to the second quarter to heighten their lead and remain top. The Vikings remain in the lead 38-46. Entering into the third quarter, the Rustlers executed advantage plays to get back on top ending the quarter 63-51. The Rustlers remained on top in the fourth quarter and finished 82-67. The game players were #5 Tori Dugan off the Lakeland College Rustlers and #6 Alyssa Banez off the Augustana Vikings. The Rustlers finish off regular season play undefeated. Shoutout to 5th-year point guard Tori Dugan for tonight's efforts and the commitment to the Lakeland Women's Basketball program for the last five seasons of play.
