Women's Basketball TKU Eagles V. CUE Thunder

On October 26, the King's University Eagles Women's basketball team took on Concordia University Thunder at The King's University gymnasium at 6:00 pm. 

In the first quarter, a great fiery start for the Eagles with fantastic passes, offense, and defense, to then 5 Ella Majeua gained a three-pointer along with 3 Jamie Bunting, 19 Anelia Ayotte had a tremendous breakaway shot, and 14 Kayla Soetart with fantastic ball-handling skills and layups. Thunder made great passes and 7 Georgia Bowman had great ball-handling skills, three-pointer shots, and amazing offense. 

In the second quarter, again Thunder 7 Georgia Bowman played great offense and amazing ball-handling skills and near the end of the quarter Thunder set off the lighting in their defense. Eagles fought hard with tremendous communication for passes, offense, and defense. Eagles 13 Megan Aleman made a beautiful layup, along with 3 Jamie Bunting.

In the third quarter, again the Eagles played with strong defense and offense with amazing communication and passes. Thunder came into the period with notable offense. Thunder 7 Georgia Bowman worked the court with fantastic offense. Eagles 5 Ella Majeau played with awesome footwork gaining a three-pointer, along with 14 Kayla Soetart.

In the fourth quarter, again Eagles played a hard court game flying through players on the opposite side and playing fantastic defense to keep Thunder out of the nest. Eagles 13 Megan Aleman made many tremendous hook shots throughout the quarter and an amazing pass-shot was made by the assist of 14 Kayla Soetart and shot by 13 Megan Aleman. Thunder played a hard game in the defensive area, setting many great screens. 

With high liveliness and an enthusiastic atmosphere on the court, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job in today's game.
