Rustlers and Eagles battle in a hard-fought tie

LAC LA BICHE – The Lakeland Rustlers and King's Eagles exchanged chances and goals but couldn't get any separation as they ended their game with a 3-3 tie at the ACAC Futsal North Regional at the Bold Center Sunday morning. Rustlers Megan Hockley had two goals while Mia Agriotis added another. The King's Eagles sniper Aimee Tiemstra also had two goals while Michaella Freiha added a single goal. The result brings the Lakeland Rustlers record to 2-1-1 while the King's Eagles record moves to 3-0-1. The top three teams from the weekend's action will qualify for the ACAC Championships March 10-12 in Fort McMurray.
