Rustlers Lose A Tight Game

On a chilly afternoon, the Rustlers held host to The Kings University Eagles. The Rustlers started the scoring off with a goal in the 9th minute scored by Kim Pfeil to take the early lead, Shortly after Davis Bone would have an awesome opportunity to give the rustlers a 2-0 lead but the goal was waved back due to an offside. The rustlers were able to hold the Eagles to due to strong defense but the strong offensive eagles would prevail. The kings were not fazed entering the second half down by one. the Eagles offense would quickly explode scoring two goals in 3 minutes. Coming off the bench Anderson gave them the spark they needed as she scored the Eagles first goal. the Rustlers would tie it up with ten minutes left to play giving them the spark they needed. However, the veteran Eagles squad would prevail scoring two in the final 4 minutes.
