TKU Eagles V. Lake Rustlers Women's Soccer

On September 28,  King's University Eagles women's soccer took on Lakeland College Rustlers at The King's University soccer pitch at 12:00 pm.

In the first half, both teams fought intensely where many great passes were made by the Eagles. Both Rustlers and Eagles goalkeepers saved many attempts. Rustlers 4 Kayla Mondue made an amazing goal with a corner kick. The Eagles fought back with a goal by 16 Dayla Armstrong and an assist from 6 Lexa Steenhof.

In the second half, both teams had an equal playing field in offense and defense. Eagles 14 Demaris Hodges scored with the assist from 6 Lexa Steenhof.. Again both goalkeepers did a fantastic job of protecting the goal with many notable saves. Rustlers 10 Gracey Smithson scored with an assist from 9 Megan Hockley. Eagles 16 Dayla Armstrong scored again with an assist from 8 Neveah Reynes. The game ended in a friendly frenzy where teams played with enthusiasm. 

Final score Rustlers 2, Eagles 3

With high liveliness in the pitch's atmosphere, both teams did a fantastic hardworking job of today's game.
