Lakeland Rustlers win in 4 sets against the visiting King's Eagles

The Rustlers take an early lead in the first set, with #5 Sigurdson serving the Rustlers went on a small run pushing their lead to 5 points. The Rustlers controled the first set and won 25-16 against the King's Eagles. The Eagles put some pressure on the Rustlers part way through the second set but were unable to catch the lead the Rustlers had. The Rustlers win the second set 25-17. Momentum swung in favour of the Eagles in the third set a couple lead changes but ultimately the Eagles held on and took the third set off the Rustlers. The Rustlers lose the third set 22-25. the Rustler caccme out with more energy in the fourth set knowing they wanted to end it and not have a repeat of last semester. The Rustlers stayed consistant and dug in on defense they were able to keep a small lead and eventualy win the fourth set 25-20. Rustlers win tonights game 3-1 sets over the visiting King's Eagles.

The player of the game for the Lakeland Rustlers setter #5 Rae Sigurdson with 43 assist, 4 kills and 5 digs in tonighs win agianst the Eagles. The player of the game for the King's Eagles also the setter #15 Jada Lea with 36 kills and 2 digs.
