Ooks fall to Vikings in five

EDMONTON, Alta. - The NAIT Ooks women's volleyball team fell to the Augustana Vikings 3-2 on Friday night in the NAIT Gymnasium. 

The Augustana Vikings took the first set 25-22 to take a 1-0 lead early in the match. The Ooks stormed back, taking the next two sets (25-19, 26-24). The Vikings responded with a dominating 25-10 fourth set victory, forcing a fifth and final set. Augustana would prove to be too much as they took the last set 15-11. 

The Ooks offense ran through Anna Atcheynum as she had a game-high fifteen kills. The Viking's balanced attack was what was the difference-maker in this one as they had three players will 10+ kills.
