The Lakeland College Women's volleyball team played host to the Concordia Thunder on November 22nd. Both teams would come into this game looking for a win to keep a strong place in the standings.

The Lakeland Rustlers would take an early lead against the Thunder, however, the Thunder would give up coming back into the set Pushing the limits against the Rustlers. Rustlers would give up a couple early serves to get back into the game. But the Rustlers would finish the set-off with a score of. 25-18

The second set started off similar to the first set. With the Rustlers getting an early lead and folding it to the Thunder. The Rustlers would make a couple runs in the middle of the set to get them selfs a safe lead going into the later parts of the game. The Thunder would piece together points to bring the game within striking distance but couldn't find points to tie the game up. 25-17

The Rustlers would go on to close out the third set with a 25-17 win over the Thunder. The Rustlers are on the road tomorrow at Concordia.
