CALGARY, ALTA., (Jan. 21, 2022) - Just minutes after watching their male counterparts beat their guests in three sets, the SAIT Trojans women's volleyball team decided to match that same feat.

Hosting the Medicine Hat College Rattlers in Alberta Colleges Athletic Conference (ACAC) play Friday night, the home side beat their guests 3-0 (25-23, 25-18, 25-17) to improve to 3-7 on the season.

Leah Serlin led the Trojans with 11 kills, while Aurora Bentrim chipped in with eight of her own.

Kennedy Galloway paced the now 0-9 Rattlers with five kills.

The teams will wrap up their home-and-home weekend set Saturday night in Medicine Hat.

Bentrim and Med Hat's Olivia Jacobson were named the Players of the Game.
