WVB| Kodiaks Chase Off Olds Broncos in Vicious 3 Sets to 1 Victory

Kodiaks looked to get back in the win column against Olds Broncos after last weekend's loss against Ambrose Lions.

The Broncos took advantage of the Kodiaks slow start gaining a strong lead making it difficult for the Kodiaks to make a comeback in the set. However, the Kodiaks proved there is no challenge too big for them as they made a huge comeback late in the set tying things up before the Broncos pushed out what was left in the tank to gain the last crucial points, they needed to take the 1^st set by a score of 25-22.

The 2^nd set belonged to the Kodiaks as they caught the Broncos off guard to start the set, gaining a large lead for themselves. The Broncos tried to do what they could to claim some points but were constantly shut down by Kodiaks Jamie Brown who was strong defensively in the set to help lead Lethbridge to a 2^nd set win 25-17.

The Kodiaks had the momentum heading into the 3^rd set after the 2^nd set madness as the Kodiaks held the lead throughout the set thanks to the 2-person wrecking ball that was Mack Lewicki and Jamie Brown who put up kill after kill, and 4 aces giving the Kodiaks the 3^rd set 25-16.

Kodiaks Brown and Lewicki continued to be hot in the 4^th set racking up the scoreboard as the Kodiaks ran away with the set leaving the Broncos scrambling trying to find a way to get back into the set but were constantly shut down by the Kodiaks great display of defense which was more than enough to push the Kodiaks to a 25-10 finish and taking the match 3 sets to 1.
