On November 2, the King's University Eagles Women's Volleyball team took on Lethbridge College Kodiaks at The King's University gymnasium at 6:00 pm. 

In the first set, both teams began with fantastic communication and quick footwork on the court that had the audience sitting at the edge of their seats. Kodiaks 4 Trinity Walton made a wonderful ace and many great kills throughout, 6 Aiedeena Wickstrom also made a tremendous kill, and 1 Tayrn Bach reached high making many noteworthy blocks. Eagles 6 Ashley Krause made a tremendous kill along with 7 Brooke Risselada making many more kills. Kodiaks won the set 25-21.

In the second set, again both teams worked the court with much enthusiasm and great communication. Kodiaks  2 Kourtney Serfas made many great plays by saving the ball and putting it back into play, 4 Trinity Walton made many fiery kills, 1 Taryn Bach again with the quick blocks, and 12 Emma Blumenschien with a superb ace. Eagles 22 Emma Laybourne made many immense serves gaining an ace, 4 Leah Aukema made many stupendous kills, along with 7 Brooke Risselada making many outstanding kills. Eagles won the set 25-19.

In the third set, both teams were fired up causing the crowd to sit with much anticipation. Kodiaks had fantastic communication and blocks with 4 Trinity Walton with her swiftness along with 1 Taryn Bach and 3 Robyn Austin, and 2 Kourtney Serfas with outstanding kills. Eagles made many great kills from 7 Brooke Risselada and blocks from 3 Ashley Lockwood. Kodiaks won the tight set 27-25.

In the fourth set, the atmosphere was intense and heated with Kodials gaining an ace and a kill from 3 Robyn Austin and 12 Emma Blumenschien making a superb kill. Eagles played a tough game with swiftness and outstanding communication. Eagles 6 Ashely Krause sore high with an amazing block and astounding kill from 1 Kadison McLeod. Eagles won the set 25-15.

In the fifth and final set, the crowd sat at the edge of their seats for the nail-biting heated final. Kodiaks 6 Aideena Wickstrom made an amazing kill and Kodiaks made great blocks throughout the set. Eagles 4 Leah Aukema made many tremendous kills and blocks, 3 Ashley Lockwood with many fantastic aces, 22 Emma Laybourne with many outstanding blocks, and 7 Brooke Risselada with great power in kills and blocks. The Eagles won the set 15-6.
